pattern identification requested

I am desperately trying to replace a tea cup from a set brought back from Germany in the 1940s or 1950s. The identification on the 10 1/2" dinner plate is: 3123, 14, RoseXthal, Selb-Plossberg, Germany, Form E, Modell, R Loewy. This is a gold band pattern on a white china background.

I have looked extensively online for this pattern but have never seen it; the most similar pattern I have seen is R R732 Continental.

Any assistance you can provide with identifaction and replacement options is greatly appreciated. Also, does Rosenthal Germany provide similar services; identification and replacement? Would it be prudent, if even possible, to visit a German store? Does Rosenthal have a show room/ museum?
