Certificate of Authenticity for Versace products

Hello,

This is a question about Rosenthal Versace products.

I was given a Vanity mug that came with a "certificate of Authenticity" and was packaged in a really nice gift box (with a leather grained surface). It is a wonderful cup.

Wishing a second, but different, mug, I ordered an Arabesque Gold mug from Amazon.com. This new mug came in a different "linen-like" finished box and it was not shipped with a "certificate of Authenticity".

Do all Rosenthal Versace products not ship with a "Certificate of Authenticity"? Can you comment on the packaging, please?

As you can guess, I am worried that I purchased a counterfeit copy. The mug can be returned, but the price was very good and I won't easily find another one for that price.

As a matter of fact, both cups seem to be authentic.

Over the time we changed the box a little bit, so all our Versace merchandise is sold in the “linen-like” black boxes now.

It can happen that the Certificate of Authenticity was missing in the box. That does not mean that the piece is not authentic.

If you like, I can send you a new certificate.

I have a tried to get the certificate of Wiesenthal products include but due to busy i can not go further therefore i want to get another certificate of authenticity for versace products and what will be its process and how much time is required to get the final certificate two times
